In an era in which poker players are being recognized like never before for their outside, non-poker interests, it would do a disservice to Jason Lavallée to fail to recognize how he has always blazed this trail.
Long one of the most colourful personalities, and somewhat of a polarizing figure for many years, he proved without a doubt in last year’s Global Poker League season to be one of the most talented – and underrated – players in the game.
