Event #17 final results

Published 2017/08/28 - 22:38

Event #17 in the 2017 World Cup of Cards was a $100 + $10 Crazy Pineapple 8-Max event. It attracted a total of 68 players, generating a prize pool of $6,596.00.

The prize pool was adjusted 3 times throughout the last stages. First, with 11 players left, discussions led to a deal that took some money from the top spots and paid 4 bubbles $100 each. Then, when 4 players were left, they chose to each take $1,000, leaving $1,056 for the winner. Finally, with two players left, they opted to chip chop (Rho took $1,330, Labattaglia took $1,590). The obligatory 2% ($136) of the prize pool was left to be awarded with the Champion’s Trophy. All of these deals are reflected in the results table below.
