The first of today’s afternoon tournaments is Event #18, a Mixed PL Hold’em & PL Omaha 8-Max Re-entry tournament that starts at 12:00pm today and will run through to completion later this evening. There is a $5,000 guarantee on this tournament, which features not only PLO but the rarely seen Pot Limit Hold’em format as well.

Players will start with 20,000 in tournament chips and play through 20 minute levels all the way until the end of the tournament. Play will be 8-Max as well – a necessity for a PLO tournament.

Players chasing Leaderboard Challenge points should also be aware that this tournament will benefit from the “Non-Hold’em” bonus. This gives a 1.25x multiplier to the base points that can be earned in the event.
