The first of 3 High Roller Tournaments in the World Cup of Cards takes off today at 1pm, and features a NL Hold’em 8-Max Re-Entry structure priced at $5,000 + $300. This Event 19, boasting a $200,000 guarantee, will run across two days and is sure to attract the who’s who of the local and international poker community.

Players are given 100,000 chips upon registration, with entries and re-entries permitted until the start of Day 2. Action kicks off at 1pm with ten 45-minute levels of play scheduled today, and the surviving players will then return tomorrow to play down to our winner.
