Action folded around to Borislav Angelov in the small blind, who completed the 10,000 big blind. Tomaz Kalinowski checked his option, and the two shortest stacks on the table went to see a flop heads-up.

With 5 of Diamonds 6 of Diamonds 7 of Spades showing, Borislav checked-shoved all-in and found a call. He tabled 4 of Spades 6 of Spades and was racing against the 8 of Diamonds 3 of Spades of Tomaz. Borislav made a straight as the dealer rung out a Jack of Spades and an 8 of Hearts, and when the counts were done his 74K stack was enough to cover his opponent, bringing the field down to just 6 finalists.

7th place: Tomaz Kalinowski – $1,500.00

Ahmad Akkaoui opened to 22,000 from early position, and Manfred Gunther 3bet his final 88,000 in chips next to act. Peter Johnson Jr. asked for a count before moving in all-in over the top, prompting a muck from the rest of the table.

Manfred: Ace of Clubs 10 of Clubs
Peter: Ace of Spades Jack of Spades

Both players connected with the King of Spades Queen of Clubs 5 of Diamonds Ace of Hearts 9 of Clubs board, however Peter has the best of it with a higher kicker to send his opponent to the rail.

8th place: Manfred Gunter – $1,500.00
