Donghai Lu opened to 1,250,000 first to act, and called Charles La Boissonniere’s 3-bet of 4,300,000 from the big blind. Charles check-called a bet of 5,000,000 on the Queen of Clubs 5 of Hearts 8 of Spades flop, and both players checked on the 5 of Spades turn and again on the Jack of Hearts river.

Charles tabled 10 of Hearts 10 of Spades, which was enough to win the massive 19 million chip pot, putting him further ahead of the field.

La Boissonniere leads the final 4

After stacking Marc Guerbilsky and Natalia Breviglieri in almost back-to-back hands, Charles La Boissonniere has taken over the chip lead deep in this Playground1000. Below are the counts of the 4 finalists as they begin level 33:

Natalia Breviglieri limped in from the small blind after action folded around to her, and Charles La Boissonniere applied pressure on the partypoker pro by moving all-in from the big blind. She committed her stack of roughly 7 million by making the call, and cards were turned over.

Natalia: Ace of Spades 4 of Spades
Charles: 7 of Hearts 7 of Diamonds

The Queen of Clubs 8 of Clubs 9 of Diamonds 5 of Spades King of Spades board was of no help to Natalia, and her run in the Playground1000 came to a halt in 5th.

5th place: Natalia Breviglieri – $40,000.00
