When Kenneth Klein raised to 60,000 (all in), preflop, Francis Collins, one seat to his left called.

Kenneth was holding Jack of Spades 6 of Spades, and Francis’ hole cards were King of Diamonds 9 of Diamonds.

The community cards were dealt: 4 of Spades 5 of Clubs King of Clubs 2 of Clubs 8 of Hearts.

Francis won the hand with his pair of Kings, and that reduced the table to six players.

Following the elimination of Kenneth, the players cut a deal regarding the payout. The negotiations resulted in a deal that looks like this:

The big stack at the table, Patrick Sarry will receive $3,500. The remaining players – Alain Blais, Timothy Deering, Michel St-Francois, Francis Collins, and Jared Newcombe – will all receive $2,486.

The six remaining players will continue to battle it out for a pot of $451, the tournament trophy, and bragging rights.

While this post was being written, Timothy Deering busted. So now we’re down to five!
