While strolling around the room, one player could be overheard calling the player to his immediate right “The Oracle” because of his success at predicting what his competitors around the table were holding.
“What do you put me on this hand?” The man who gave the nickname queried.
“Four, six suited,” the gentleman given the nickname noted.
When the hand was finished, the player who asked for the prediction revealed, four, ten suited. Not that far off!
