It’s another challenging day here at Playground, with today’s WPTDeepStacks Day 1B players facing off against each other for a full 12 hours of grind-it-out poker. Right now the players are on their well-deserved 60-minute dinner break, which will last for another 30 minutes.
Once they return, registration will officially close for Day 1B, so if you are planning on jumping in at the last minute now is the time to sign in and grab your starting stack. Speaking of which, the chip average is only just over 55,000. Considering the fact that players all begin with 30,000 chips, you could be only one double up away from joining the middle of the pack!
When the players return to their tables blinds will rise to 500/1,000 and things will really start to heat up!
