Adam Lamers may have the most experience in the field around final tables, but he was unable to leverage that into a deeper run in the WPTDeepStacks today.

He opened the action with a raise to 110K, but then Julio Cacoilo 3b to 350K and Daniel Le called. Action was back on Adam, and he chose to go all in for his final 1.7M in chips. Julio made the call and Daniel prudently got out of the way.

Adam: Ace of Hearts King of Hearts
Julio: King of Spades King of Clubs

Adam was well behind, and stayed there on the King of Diamonds Jack of Hearts 6 of Diamonds flop. The Queen of Spades turn gave him a few more outs, but the river came 7 of Clubs and Adam’s day was over.

9th place: Adam Lamers, $18,285
