There were three eliminations over the last little while, bringing us to a final 10 players.

William Blais’ last hand began with a late-position raise to 45,000 from Patrick Braga, with Amir Babakhani jamming from the button for his remaining 500,000. William also shoved, although with far fewer chips. Patrick got out of the way and both players flipped their cards.

William: Ace of Hearts Queen of Clubs

Amir: Ace of Spades King of Clubs

Board: 8 of Diamonds 7 of Diamonds 6 of Hearts 4 of Hearts 8 of Hearts

William finished in 13th and will collect a prize of $4,780.

The next player to go was Jason Clarke. His final hand was a preflop shove with Ace of Diamonds 9 of Diamonds. He faced off against Marc Lavergne, who held Ace of Clubs 3 of Clubs. Unfortunately for Jason his superior hand didn’t help him and he finished in 12th place, collecting a prize of $5,630.

Finally, we lost Maxime Chartrand in 11th. His final hand was played while we were away from the table. He will collect a prize of $5,630 as well.

Good luck to our final 10 players! Their new seating draw is listed below.
