The players at the WCC Event #8 Day 1A have just wrapped up their first 15 minute break. During the pause in the action, the chips were counted, and we determined that it is a very tight race at the top of the leader-board. As it stands now, Richard Tossings is the big stack with 283,000 chips, and has a 5,000 chip lead over Kristopher Chartier. And right behind Richard and Kristopher two more players are running neck and neck, less than 15,000 chips from the top.
Level 5 is now underway, and nine players have now fired second bullets. There are currently 90 players in the field, and late registration will continue for another two hours and fifty minutes.
