Walking around the room, the tables at the WCC Event #8, Day 1D are relatively quiet. There are not a lot of conversations to be heard as most of the players appear focused on the game, and not very interested in exchanging small-talk.
When I stopped by table 30, Jason Dupont had just raised to 3,500, preflop. When it was his turn to bet, fellow competitor, Daniel Mackay, two seats to the right of of Jason, called.
When the dealer revealed the flop, 
, Jason bet 3,500 and once again Daniel called. But when the turn was dealt, 
, both players checked.
Roles were reversed when the the river was displayed, 
. Now it was Daniel’s turn to press the action. He bet 6,500. Jason nodded his head, and called.
But when Daniel revealed his hole cards, 
, Jason couldn’t beat his opponent’s two pair, and he mucked his cards.
