As the clock winds down on level 6 here on Day 1F of the Grand Prix Canada, there are more than 22 million in chips in play. The re-entries continue to pile up, as most players that hit the rail in the early levels chose to fire a second bullet, keeping 158 runners in the fray.
The current chip average still provides about 70 big blinds so even those who joined the action late have lots of room to maneuver. With more than two hours to go in the late registration and re-entry period, we should see the number of entries climb even higher, making this the largest starting flight in this event to date.
