Event #8 of the World Cup of Cards, the Grand Prix Canada, kicks into gear this evening as the seventh live starting flight, Day 1G gets up and running. The number of entries for each new flight has continued to surpass previous entry flight numbers, and if that trend continues, this evening’s event should surpass the 250 entry mark.
Players will be starting with a stack of 100,000 chips as they grind their way through the 18 levels of scheduled play, before bagging their chips for Day 2. The event’s current front runner is Samuel Roussy-Majeau who has accumulated more than 3 million chips.
Good luck to all!
