Today is a massive day, with nearly 600 (yes, 600!) entries into our noon flight of the $200 + $20 Grand Prix Canada event, otherwise known as Day 1I. More than 250 still at the tables, there is still a huge amount of poker to be played – and that’s not counting the 5PM filght (Day 1J) that just began, which has already more than 200 participants in the first 30 minutes of play.
Walking through the tightly packed isles we came across one of our tournament regulars here, Miss Jessie Wheatley. The hand was already in progress with four cards on the board.

The pot looked to have about 90,000 in it at this point, and Jessie fired off a 50,000 bet. The only player left in the hand, Sebastien Vezina, had a decision to make. And after about a minute, he made the right one! He folded, and Jessie was kind enough to show him she had flopped a flush, flipping over a .
