We are now down to our final three players in this very well-attended World Cup of Cards Grand Prix Canada event. The player that finished fourth was Dale Guenette, who outlastied 3,370 of his fellow competitors.
Dale was the short stack at the table for the last 30 minutes or so, and managed to stick around despite that fact, so he should be proud of his efforts today.
In the hand that ended his night, Dale found himself all in preflop with , an enviable pair of cards in any final four. Unfortunately for him, Breyer Calvert’s bested him in this particular hand. The board came down , and Dale took his leave.
But Dale earned earned $36,062 for his efforts at the tables this week. Well done!
