Jamie Sequeira was the first to earn a seat at the final table, at the WCC Event #9, but was also the first competitor to bust once he got there. Unfortunately, he was knocked out of the competition while I was processing the photographs of the 10 finalists.
When Tyler Young temporarily excused himself from the table to stretch his legs, and back, I inquired what had happened to Jamie. He explained that Endrit Geci had bettered Jamie, after Jamie had gone all in.
Tyler, sporting a big grin, then added, “Are you going to pay me a share of your wages for helping you to write your article?”
“Only if you spot me a percentage of your winnings?”
Tyler laughed and agreed that we should both keep our respective bounties.
The very next hand, Tyler was all in. He was called by both Sherif Saad, and Francois Tarrab.
