Once again last night at Playground there was huge value in the Step 1 satellite for the MILLIONS.
Let us explain:
Playground is once again hosting the MILLIONS North America, happening this May. There will be plenty of events to choose from, including the $10,300 MILLIONS Main Event, which has a $5,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.
In the run-up to such a huge marquee event we try to open up the field to players who, like most of us, may feel that $10,300 is a little outside of their budget. Enter the MILLIONS Step Satellites, in which players can earn their entry into the MILLIONS North America Main Event for as little as $80 + $10.
Step 1 leads to Step 2, and Step 2 leads to Step 3. The winners of the third and final Step are rewarded with a $10,300 seat in the Main Event.
In the photos below you can see all the players who took advantage of one of Playground’s most amazing Step 1 deals. In this tournament, the last 10 players left alive earned a seat in one of many Step 2s held here at Playground. However, only 18 players joined before registration closed!
So, while anyone can enter Step 2 directly for $440, the only thing the players in our photos had to do was outplay 8 of their fellow competitors to earn a seat in Step 2. A great deal, to be sure, and a great reason to come here and take a shot in the upcoming Step 1 satellites at 8:00pm on January 28 and 29, and each will guarantee 10 must-play seats. The next Step 2 satellite will be held on February 1 at 8:00pm, and then the next Step 3 satellite will be held on February 2 at 7:00pm.
You never know when you could take that fateful Step that lands you an entry into one of the biggest tournaments of the year. MILLIONS awaits…
